He indicated that there are no foreign military bases on Iraqi territory and stressed that the security situation is good, with security forces deployed across all areas of Iraq.
Al-Nauman stated in a press interview seen by "Al-Video News Agency," that "the American and International Coalition forces will complete their withdrawal from Iraq on September 30," noting that "there are no foreign troops or military bases on Iraqi territory."
He clarified that "the withdrawal of American forces will be completed within the agreed-upon timelines, as will the International Coalition forces."
He added that "our security situation is good, we control all Iraqi territory, there is no concern for the country's security, our forces are deployed across all areas of Iraq, and our relationship with the International Coalition will shift to a different bilateral partnership."
