The 2027 budget is approaching Parliament.. this is the expected date of its arrival.

A member of the House of Representatives, Rabi al-Moussawi, revealed today, Thursday, the expected date for sending the draft of the federal budget law for 2027 to the House of Representatives, estimating that it will arrive in the middle of next month to start discussing it.
Al-Moussawi stated in a statement followed by the News Video Agency that the government is working on finalizing the draft budget in preparation for its official referral to Parliament, noting that the financial committee and parliamentary blocs are waiting for its arrival to study its details and financial provisions.
He added that the House of Representatives will focus on auditing financial revenues and ensuring the rights of provinces and deserving groups, emphasizing that Parliament will work on making necessary amendments and transfers to achieve fair distribution of wealth and prevent any financial injustice.
Al-Moussawi stressed the importance of settling the budget and voting on it according to constitutional timelines, ensuring adherence to the financial entitlements of the provinces and the included categories.
