The Ministry of Finance announced today, Friday, the start of applications for loans from the Rafidain Bank through the "Super Key" app tomorrow, Saturday.
The ministry stated in a statement received by the "Video News Agency," that "the Rafidain Bank has completed the technical procedures and the electronic linkage for the loan service through the (Super Key) app."
It added that "the application link will be activated through the bank's icon tomorrow, Saturday, October 24, 2026, for civilian and military employees and retirees whose salaries are deposited with the bank and who hold its cards."
It clarified that "applications will be available for a total of five thousand requests for each batch, and the link will temporarily close upon completion of the number, allowing the bank's employees to carry out the administrative procedures, auditing, credit inquiries, and depositing loan amounts in the accounts of applicants whose procedures are completed and meet the granting conditions on a daily basis."
It continued: "After processing the requests of the batch, the link will be reopened to receive five thousand new requests, and the process will continue accordingly."
The Rafidain Bank confirmed, according to the statement, that "the temporary closure is an organizational measure to complete the processing of applications, and does not mean a suspension of service or the end of application opportunities," urging customers to "rely on official channels for applications and not respond to anyone claiming to guarantee obtaining the loan or expedite its procedures for a fee, as all requests are subject to the rules and electronic pathway adopted by the bank."
The ministry indicated that "Finance Minister Falih Sari had instructed last Monday, during his visit to the Rafidain Bank, to launch financial loans, as part of the ministry's efforts to facilitate access to loans for employees and retirees, according to the approved regulations."
