The Media and Communications Delegation hosted by the Iraqi Embassy in Bucharest.

A delegation from the Board of Commissioners of the Communications and Media Commission visited the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, on Sunday, as part of its participation in the international meeting for monitoring satellite spectrum held from September 1 to 3, 2026.

The Communications and Media Commission stated in a statement received by the Video News Agency that the Chargé d'Affaires at the Iraqi Embassy in Romania, Alaa Jaafar Al-Saadi, welcomed the delegation, during which they discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination and support Iraqi participation in specialized international forums and events.

The delegation expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the Chargé d'Affaires and the embassy staff for the support and facilities provided during the visit, commending the embassy's efforts to support Iraqi participation and enhance communication and cooperation with relevant Romanian institutions in a way that contributes to enhancing Iraq's presence and expanding cooperation prospects.
