The Al-Shorta team achieved victory today, Tuesday, against Al-Gharaf with a score of (2-1), in the sixth round of the Iraqi Premier League.
Al-Shorta opened the scoring through Cristian Barco via a penalty in the 65th minute, before Ahmed Al-Hudari equalized for Al-Gharaf in the 72nd minute.
Al-Shorta then regained the lead with a goal from Abdullah Basim in the 74th minute, maintaining their advantage until the final whistle.
This victory raised Al-Shorta's points total to 11, advancing them to fourth place, while Al-Gharaf remained stagnant at 5 points in fifteenth place.
