Today, Wednesday, Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan Al-Jubouri issued a directive to relieve the Director General of Diyala Education, Amer Al-Izawi, from his position and to appoint Ali Matlak in his place.
The document reviewed by "Video News Agency" stated, "To end the assignment of Amer Shahab Makhlaf from the tasks of managing the General Directorate of Diyala Education (acting) and to return him to his previous job."
The decision also included "the assignment of Ali Matlak Nawar, (senior teacher), on the staff of the General Directorate of Diyala Education for one year, and his appointment to the same responsibilities of managing the General Directorate in an acting capacity, in accordance with the staff instructions No. (23) of the year 1979 as amended, without changing his salary and allowances granted to him under his original job title."
