The Ministry of Education issued a clarification today, Thursday, regarding the registration mechanism through the electronic school, confirming that the registration system represents an educational opportunity for students who cannot attend school regularly, while ensuring the continuity of their academic achievement according to regulatory controls and mechanisms that maintain the integrity of the educational process.
According to a document issued by the General Directorate of General, Private, and Foreign Education, and the Directorate of Secondary Education, addressed to the General Directorates of Education in all governorates, the ministry confirmed that the registration system takes into account the circumstances of the students and ensures the continuation of their educational journey, especially in the final stages where certificates hold special significance as a fundamental qualification for further study inside and outside Iraq.
The document clarified that the student enrolled in the registration system is obliged to register in the electronic educational environment provided by the school, which offers a comprehensive educational system that includes curricula, interactive activities, smart summaries, and electronic tests, in addition to continuous monitoring tools.
It added that enrolled students are subject to monitoring and supervision by the General Directorate of Educational Supervision, ensuring the integrity of teaching, the competence of teachers, and the quality of content and educational outputs.
Regarding examinations, the ministry emphasized that official exams are conducted in person according to the approved ministerial controls, asserting the necessity of adhering to the instructions governing the registration mechanism.
The Ministry of Education reaffirmed its commitment to organizing and developing electronic registration services, monitoring their implementation, evaluating their outputs, and addressing any feedback related to them to achieve the best interests of students and protect their educational rights.
These clarifications come within the framework of organizing the electronic registration mechanism and defining monitoring and supervision responsibilities, ensuring that the academic level of students included in this system is not affected.
