The Prime Minister, Ali Faleh Al-Zaydi, confirmed today, Sunday, that his government's agenda is based on Iraq's external openness, supporting development plans, and enhancing the investment environment.
Al-Zaydi said in a post on the platform (X) that "we begin today an official visit, the first to Europe, which will include France and Germany, as part of cementing mutual relations in various fields between Iraq and EU countries."
He added that "our government agenda is based on Iraq's external openness, supporting development plans, and enhancing the investment environment, especially since we have a long history of effective relations with the two friendly countries."
He continued: "During the visit, we emphasize our keenness to elevate the level of cooperation with the two countries, in a way that achieves the common interests of our friendly peoples."
