The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Mr. Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, met today, Wednesday, with the Chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, to discuss the latest developments in the military, economic, and cognitive war waged by the American-Zionist enemy, and to emphasize enhancing the elements of the country's power, as well as the influential role of the members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly in maintaining and consolidating social cohesion and national unity.
The Office of the Supreme Leader stated in a statement received by the News Video Agency that the meeting confirmed the continued conscious and deterrent presence of the people expressed in field gatherings, as well as the government's and the Islamic Consultative Assembly's interest in collaborating to address the economic and living issues of the people and to advance the files related to the country's strategic partners.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly presented reports on the activities of the people's representatives since the beginning of the imposed third war until today, and on the current and future plans and programs of the Islamic Consultative Assembly to address the country's issues and challenges.
