The Baghdad Rusafa Health Department clarified today, Sunday, the truth about the fire that broke out at Ibn Al-Haytham Specialized Eye Hospital, confirming that it was brought under control without any casualties.

The department mentioned in a statement received by the "News Video Agency" that "a small fire broke out in the electrical generators located outside the hospital due to an electrical short circuit, indicating that the hospital's civil defense unit was able to extinguish it promptly."

It added that "the fire did not spread and resulted in no human losses."
