The Prime Minister, Ali Faleh Al-Zaydi, today, Saturday, directed the stabilization of all contracts and workers on the permanent staff and the creation of 120,000 new job positions.
The Media Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement received by "Video News Agency" that "Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaydi chaired a meeting to discuss the details of the federal budget for the year 2027, attended by Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ali Tamim and Minister of Finance Faleh Sari."
During the meeting, Al-Zaydi directed, according to the statement, "to stabilize all contractors and workers on the permanent staff, in addition to creating 120,000 new job positions under contract in the 2027 budget, which includes all segments and is distributed fairly among the provinces according to population ratios, with the opening of a special platform for appointments to ensure fairness among applicants."
The Prime Minister explained that "the government will work to secure the necessary allocations to implement the decision, ensuring that the procedures for stabilization and the creation of new job positions proceed according to the approved regulations and frameworks."
He pointed out that "this matter comes within the framework of the government's keenness to provide job opportunities for young people and enhance job and living stability, despite all the challenges and financial pressures facing the country."
