Gold prices in Iraqi markets witnessed a noticeable decline today, Saturday, with a drop in selling prices at goldsmith shops.
A correspondent for the News Video Agency reported that the selling price of the Gulf gold per mithqal of 21 carats ranged between 950,000 and 960,000 dinars, while the selling price for the Iraqi gold mithqal ranged between 920,000 and 930,000 dinars.
This decline comes amid citizens' monitoring of gold price movements in local markets, especially among those looking to buy, amidst varying prices depending on the type of gold, its source, and the goldsmith’s shop.
