The President of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, confirmed today, Saturday, that condemning terrorism represents a principled stance that cannot be fragmented, emphasizing Iraq's support for Jordan in facing terrorism and extremism.
Al-Maliki stated in a post published on his official account on the platform «X», which was followed by the News Video Agency, that the crimes committed against Iraqis, the targeting of innocents, the displacement of families, and the destruction of cities at the hands of the terrorist ISIS gangs enhance awareness of the dangers of terrorism, its brutality, and its impact on societies.
He added that the security of Arab peoples is one, and that solidarity in confronting extremism and terrorism represents a shared responsibility that requires unifying stances and enhancing Arab cooperation.
Al-Maliki emphasized the importance of taking a unified stance to confront terrorist groups, which contributes to protecting peoples and enhancing the security and stability of Arab countries.
