Yann Van Hecke scored a goal that helped Tottenham Hotspur win against Crystal Palace with a score of 0-2 at home on Saturday, during the ninth round of the English Premier League (EPL).
Van Hecke's goal, at the age of 26, came in a strange manner in the 73rd minute of the match.
The Spurs player, Mateus Fernandes, sent a curved cross into the opponent's penalty area, before Yann Van Hecke jumped and headed the ball.
At that moment, Crystal Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson saved the ball, which then hit the crossbar.
After that, Van Hecke fell to the ground but his desire to score continued, as he got back up and sent the ball towards the opponent's goal while sitting on the ground, before it found the net.
Yann Van Hecke reached his second goal in the Premier League this season 2027/2026.
