The head of relations and communication for the Yemeni parties opposing aggression, Aref Al-Amari, accused the Saudi coalition today, Saturday, of targeting residential neighborhoods, civilian objects, and infrastructure in Yemen, with the aim of weakening the internal front and destabilizing the situation.
Al-Amari stated in a statement monitored by the News Video Agency that what he described as the "Saudi aggression" deliberately targets the homes of citizens, service sites, institutions, and fuel distribution stations, considering that these attacks aim to weaken the social fabric of Yemen and create internal divisions.
He added that these targeted actions, as he called them, did not achieve their goals, but rather contributed to enhancing the cohesion of society and rallying it around its political and military leadership, pointing out that the Yemeni people continue to organize mass activities, mobilization, and gathering at the front lines.
Al-Amari emphasized that Yemenis are committed to the principles of the September 21 revolution, considering that the military and political bets aimed at breaking the will of the Yemeni people have not achieved their objectives.
The Yemeni official also accused the United States, Saudi Arabia, and other parties of being behind plots targeting Yemen, stressing the continuation of his country's position rejecting what he described as external interventions.
